Our mission is ambitious, but achievable with your help. Our experts explained why transformative action on an unprecedented scale is now essential to avoid catastrophic consequences. Now we must call on the Government to act.
1. Call for a televised national emergency briefing
Sign our letter to Keir Starmer and the major national broadcasters calling for a televised emergency briefing to the nation like we saw during the pandemic.

2. Ask your MP to act
Ask your MP to:
• Watch the expert briefings on our YouTube channel
• Add their name to our Parliamentary Call for a televised emergency briefing
If you can, please meet your MP once they have watched the briefings and ask what else they plan to do to help deliver the emergency action now needed - action which the evidence says will make us better off.
3. Follow, like and share
Follow, like, share and comment on our social media accounts to help increase the reach of the vital message delivered by our experts. We are on all main platforms as @nebriefing or just National Emergency Briefing.
4. Share our crowdfunder
We are now raising funding for phase 2 - taking this vital message into every community in the UK with our film (see below). Please share our crowdfunder and contribute if you can.
5. Host a screening of the film (coming spring 2026)
Register your interest in getting involved in screening our documentary now in production, to demonstrate the strong support for your MP to take action.
